Time Billionaire

People aged under 60 are "time billionaires," as they have billions of seconds to use, writes marketer Jade Bonacolta. But with such an abundance, it can be easy to waste your "time wealth." It could be helpful to do an audit of how you're spending your time by tracking it for a week and making note of how "expensive" some activities are ⏤ i.e., how much time they took. Then have a think about whether that was worth it to you, suggests Bonacolta. "To enjoy your time, set your exchange rate: What experiences, relationships, or goals are worth trading your time for? Create a list of time-worthy priorities," writes Bonacolta.

1 billion seconds = 31 years

"Many tasks can be handled by tech tools. Invest some of your time into setting up systems once that free up countless future hours. And block out non-negotiable time for what matters ⏤ loved ones, self-care, the passions that make you feel alive. Our time accounts are finite ⏤ don't let them go to waste." How do you assess what to spend your time on?
